Many visits to the sacred sites will include onsite guided meditations led by Megan Reilly Koepsell to help participants connect with the energies and ancient wisdom of the land, trees, and ancestors. Megan is a retired nurse, a Healing Touch Certified Practitioner, Reiki Master, has a certificate in holistic nursing, and took both the Professional Training Program and Advanced Training Program through the Center for Mind Body Medicine. She taught meditation at an oncology center for many years. We'll begin each day with daily morning meditation, providing group participants the chance for deeper, more meaningful, intimate opportunities to tap into their own inner intuition and wisdom. Connecting with the energies of Birch, tour participants are invited to open themselves to new beginnings, renewal, rejuvenation, to release what no longer serves, being open to the promise of things yet to come. As one of Birch Tree Ancestral Connections main purposes is to help you connect with your ancestors, Megan will lead guided meditations to help you to learn to listen to the voices of your ancestors.
